I was going to get a $136 bronc halter that has black cowhide, and in white stitching it would say LC for the letters in my name, also the halter was a dark tan or should I get an $45 halter that is an Embroidered Halter that would say Wendy on the nose band and Quarter Horse on the cheek parts and the year she was born on the buckle side tab area, What one should i do HELP HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

get whatever you think looks best. i use a leather halter with my horse, he has had it for 6 years and it still looks great. i have never cleaned it either. i also use it everyday on him, not just for shows. so, if you have the extra money, get what ever you want.

Thumbtacks are usually what I find the most useful. You can position the pennant in any direction, and without puncturing it (place the point just to the side the fabric at each corner) press the tack in fully so that it holds it in place. This method also prevents the pennant from getting holes or sticky tape residue.

is your calf red or warm to the touch, warmer than the other leg? it could be DVT -. a blood clot . you should have a doctor check it, he can order a doppler if necessary to see if blood flow restricted,
